Course introduction
Welcome to the course

Welcome to this course on the Harmonized Health Facility Assessment (HHFA) data collection training of trainers.
The HHFA is a survey of health facilities to collect information on the availability of services and the capacities of facilities to deliver quality services. How useful an HHFA is depends on the quality of the data collected. One of the best ways to ensure quality data is through proper training of data collectors.
This course will provide you with the core knowledge you need to facilitate training sessions for collection of HHFA data from health facilities.
This course also includes two downloadable workshop packages:
- Data collection training package for HHFA facility audit modules (service availability, service readiness and management and finance)
- Data collection training package for HHFA quality of care record review module
A Record of Achievement will be available to participants who score at least 80% of the total points available in the course assessment.
Welcome to the course!
