In this module, we will explore the processes for data collection in CSPro before during and after arrival at a facility.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this module, you will:
- describe the CSPro application screen elements and response options;
- explain key user roles within the HHFA CSPro system;
- describe the CSPro data collection tasks before, during and after arrival at the facility;
- explain who is responsible for each task in the process;
- explain the supervisor’s role and tasks to assure data quality;
- describe the CSPro application tasks for the supervisor to track progress towards survey completion.
