Organizing and facilitating the data collection training

Successful data collection training requires careful preparation.

For the training preparation, the national survey manager, in consultation with the survey coordination group and, when appropriate, supported by the lead facilitator, will:

• decide on the training strategy that will be appropriate for the country HHFA;
• adapt the training package** to the country context;
• prepare a training plan; and
• select and prepare the facilitators.

In the next 3 videos, we will explore the tasks involved in each of these steps.
