Thanks a lot for the details on introduction to Modelling infectious Diseases in R. At first sight thoughts was complex but at the end of this session systematically crushed. Quite applicable to my role as a District Medical Officer-Bonthe, Ministry of Health.

Cassandra

Thank you so much! This is one of the most accessible introductions to compartmental models I have seen online. Visualizing the step-by-step fitting of the model was extremely helpful.

Hello, could you please navigate me where exactly RMD file is? I couldn’t find it.

Kene David

I think this lesson does not have an Rmd. But starting from the third lesson you will have a button to download the code.

Mackshon

Well presented, it was easy to follow

KaeM

I am really find it difficult to play the video and for downloading is not possible too. Is there anyone who has successfully listened to the lectures

Canice

No, i have not been able to download. I was only able to play a part of the video. I think its bad network service from my side for a week now. Hopefully the network will return soon and maybe I would be able to. Thank you dear Joy for your support.
I am glad to be benefitting from this as it aligns perfectly with my current research projects. Thank you all graph community
