I have a question regarding how to clean certain datasets. I would like to know how to either group or arrange the dataset such that it would not read missing values from the spaces created by cities titles without tampering the original dataset.
I also attached the whole data dataset.

Hello Charles. I am not sure why this is not working for you. Can you make sure you are pressing “Control” + “Enter” instead of just “Enter”. The
print()command should normally not be needed.
