Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)

I am a results-driven MEAL leader responsible for strengthening evidence-based programming, performance management, accountability, and organizational learning. I provide strategic leadership in developing MEAL systems, results frameworks, monitoring and evaluation approaches, data quality assurance, and learning processes that support informed decision-making and programme effectiveness.

I lead efforts to generate credible evidence, strengthen accountability to affected populations, promote adaptive management, and build MEAL capacity across teams. My work focuses on ensuring programmes are relevant, measurable, impactful, and aligned with organizational strategies, donor requirements, and humanitarian standards.
