I am a medical doctor and researcher with a Master of Science in Ecology and Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases, Natural Hazards, and Risk Management. My work specializes in antibiotic resistance in the intestinal microbiota of birds, with a broader focus on the interactions between pathogens, hosts, and environments, as well as epidemiology and disease dynamics.
I bring a strong orientation toward public health, combined with a special interest in ecology, infectious diseases, epidemiology, and advanced data analysis. This interdisciplinary background allows me to connect clinical medicine, ecological research, and public health strategies to address complex global health challenges.
I live in the equatorial region, experiencing the humid heat of the equatorial forests, the cold of the Kivu mountain region, and the coolness of the beaches in Muanda in the DR Congo and Cabinda in Angola.
