Tobias Bilton Masina graduated as a Clinical Officer and Health Manager in 2003. He joined the Malawi Ministry of Health and population the same year. Since that time He has worked at all levels of the health system which includes Health Centre, District Hospital and Central Hospital. He has been trained in various HIV courses including HIV Testing and anti-retroviral treatment just to mention a few. In 2016 He was transferred from Lilongwe District Hospital to Malawi Ministry of Health and population Department of HIV, STI and Viral Hepatitis in prevention section up to date.
