Hello, this chunk does not run
cat_plot_list <- vector(“list”,length(radiologic_levels_6m))
for (level in radiologic_levels_6m) {
cat_plot <-
medicaldata::strep_tb %>%
filter(radiologic_levels_6m == level) %>%
inspectdf::inspect_cat() %>%
inspectdf::show_plot()
# Append to the list
cat_plot_list[[level]] <- cat_plot
}
Hope you can help me to solve it. Thank you!
I realized I made a mistake writing the variable name. Problem solved
can some one help ?
ia m trying to run this code chunk but its not working , and I faced this issue several times on other code chunks as well
{r}
# for i in 1:length(ages), print ages[i] * 12
for (summer in indices) {
print (ages[summer]*12)
}
Hello Rodrigue. Can you share what error messages you are getting?
I don’t get any specific error message , the code chunk does not run and when I try to highlight the code, and it does not run
Hmm I am not sure. You can try: 1. Ensure the code isn’t fully commented out. 2. Check to make sure you don’t have
eval = FALSEat the top of your script or specific to the chunk. 3. Try switching from visual mode to source mode and back. Sometimes visual mode is quite buggy. 4. In the meantime you can run your code by copying it into the console.Hi Rodrigue, it’s hard to spot the exact issue without seeing the code in the script. It would be helpful if you could attacn a screenshot of your Rstudio, or post on the help forum with your Rmd attached.
