About The program
How we work
Our main goal is to enhance infectious disease response by supporting quality data analysis. To do so, we:
- Offer top-of-the-line online courses in epidemiology and health data analysis (either self-paced or guided cohorts)
- Work with public and private institutions (companies, NGOs, ministries of health) to deliver bespoke, targeted training sessions.Â
Our courses
Between 2022 and 2024, we intend to launch a number of open-enrollment courses under two broad themes, including:
Programming & Statistics

- Practical Statistics for Public Health
- Using the EpiGraphHub Tool Suite
Epidemiology
- Introduction to Epidemiology
- Epidemic Reporting with R
- Introduction to Outbreak Analytics with R
Immersive online learning
Our learning platform brings together the best modern tools and practices for digital pedagogy and online community-building. Those are:
- Engaging videos and text tutorials that are accessible on desktop and mobile devices
- Authentic, project-based assignments that mirror the tasks epidemiologists encounter in the field
- User progress tracking with placement tests, rigorous assessments, and accredited certificates
- Connection to EpiGraphHub, our data warehousing and analysis platform
A learning community
Members can form private groups and engage in forums with other students to share strategies, roadblocks and successes.
The platform supports:

- Friend connections and private messaging
- An integrated news feed
